Your tickets are sent to the email address you provided during checkout immediately after a successful payment. Please check your inbox and spam/junk folder. You can also verify your booking details on our "Manage Booking" page.

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser. In the case of a cancellation, you will be notified via email with details regarding the refund process.

Tickets are generally non-transferable to prevent scalping and ensure security. The name of the purchaser is tied to the booking.

If your payment fails, your booking is not confirmed and no tickets will be issued. You can try the purchase process again. Please ensure your bank details are correct and you have sufficient funds. If the problem persists, please contact your bank.

Please bring a digital or printed copy of your ticket QR code for scanning at the entrance.
